Come and See What's Happening at the Barn !
Our friend Steve Lapp, had a vision to have a continuos 24 hr. a day meetings for several days in a red barn, where everyone could come and intercede and worship the Lord. Our main focus was to intercede for the Amish community and for the state of Pennsylvania, our country, Israel and of course the world. A few of us got together at a beautiful barn owned by a precious Christian couple who had been praying for ten years for that barn to be used for the purposes of G-d. We prayed to see if this was to be the place, and after waiting a few days for the answer it was decided that it was to be there.
It was marvellous to see how the Lord provided tons of food brought in on skids. We prayed about the items needed, and the next day or so, it was there. The Amish men and women worked tirelessly for hours cleaning, sorting, organizing, cooking, building a stage, stacking bails of hay for seating, arranging tables and chairs, and the list went on.
Exitement was in the air as everyone anticipated December 23, when it all would start at 3:00 p.m. The week before, we met nightly for prayer and Howard and I would lead the worship.
We also would gather around and take turns praying over the air at a conference call focused on the needs of the Amish community and supporting many who desire a closer experience with the Lord. One particular night, we finished the conference call, and gathered to worship. I played a prophetic song called "Breathe Prophesy," that speaks of Ezekiel's vision of the valley of the dry bones, and everyone began to dance and rejoice and making declarations refering to the army of G-d. After the song was over, we continued to dance and to worship and a cloud of glory entered in the place. There were many signs that the Lord was pleased and in agreement with the Glory Barn experience.
Many people were touched by the Lord, there were many annointed messages from various men of God. I was the only woman who preached on the platform. My message was on unity, grace and judgementalism. I addressed the religious spirit rooted in insanity, and crazy as it was to see, some men walked out because I was preaching with my head uncovered and I was wearing pants! The next day, some Amish sisters that I'm very close to, said that they were proud of me and offered great encouragement. Ed Silvoso would have been proud of me, too.
One night after leadindg the women in a circle dance of worship, we all ended up on our knees, in deep, personal adoration of the King of Glory. This was a totally new experience for these precious Amish sisters. I prompted them to pur out their hearts in loving words to the Lord and bless Him. His presence was all around us, I will never forget it! I suddenly found myself on my hands and knees, weeping and travailing uncontrollably, I had the sense that I was giving birth.
The Holy Spirit brought to my rememberance that He had told me from the mouth of 3 different prophets that I was pregnant with something. The last of them told me that I would soon give birth. That was around five months ago, and I had forgotten about it, until I went into labor. I have a sense that it has to do with the Revival of the Amish, thse new people in my life whom I love so much , that are not my people.
Yes, many things happened in the spirit realm at that Glory Barn, some we will hear about and some we will know when we get to heaven. One thing for sure is: When you're busy with God's things, He does mind boggling things!
